best date ever

Due to been away and sick i haven't posted for to long. So i owe you a good one. The best date i ever had.

Many dates, I’ve had. But there is one that stands out in coolness!
I met this guy from home while I was on holidays.
I was on holiday with one of my best friends to sunny Croatia. We had a great time. There was one night that we decided to go out dancing. So we went to the location that everybody said was a must go. I was a bit of a walk. But we got there… It was like a little street with a few bars. Most of them empty. Wow, this was hardcore boring. So we had a laugh and a few drinks. We had fun. After a while we met this Dutch girl and guy. Brother and sister. Strait away I got along pretty well with the boy.
We kissed that night. Exchanged numbers. Met the next night and the day after that we were on the same boot to Venice. Then they left to go back home.
When he had left we where texting for the rest of my holiday and decided to meet when I was back.
And so we did.
He lived in what we from Amsterdam call Cockroach city. It’s a soccer enemy thing really.
But ok, I went to Cockroach city. I think it was date 2 that I went to his place and two of his nosey friends came bye to check me out.
At some point we started talking about places we had been. I mentioned that I had never been to Paris.
After a while the boy’s left. It was then when he said: grab your bag, where going to Paris. I looked at him totally dazed. Was he kidding? How? But? Ok.
So we stepped in to the car and drove to Paris. Until we hit the Belgium border I still kind of thought he was kidding and would turn around. But he didn’t. Somewhere in France we stopped to take a nap in the car. After a few hours we drove to the city. Parked the car. Took the metro into the city centre and had some breakfast. We walked around all day and saw most of the big touristy things.
It was a amazing day. I was smiling the whole day. I was in Paris.
At the end of the day we went back to the car and drove back home.
It was the best date ever! So spontaneous.
No date after that date with him could've been even close to as good. So after a few date’s we stopped dating.

Ozz 2

That year in Ozz i was totally, absolutely really happy!
Work was exciting and fun. I was learning a lot. Living in the sun was great!
Meeting loads and loads of new people. Because, as I wrote in the previous Ozz blog, I was living in a backpackers area. Luckily I was living in a house. With some great ‘house mates’. I didn’t have to share a room. I had my own room.
Our house was just of the main street in Coogee. You’ve probably heard of Bondi. The famous beach in Sydney. Coogee is the smaller but cooler version of Bondi.
So I was living a five minute walk to the beach (Yha, I know!) and a 3 minute walk to the Coogee Bay Hotel; Bar.
They had different areas. A sportsbar, mainbar, beergarden and a club the hibiscus lounge. Open 24 hour. So I didn’t had to go far for a fun time.
Now im talking about bar’s let’s not forget the Palace in Coogee. Wednesday toss de boss night. Between certain hours you could place your order and toss for it. If you had it right you didn’t have to pay, if you didn’t has it right you just had to pay. And if you know somebody behind the bar, you’re always right! Umh…yes. I drank A LOT of snakebite pitchers. Ow how I loved them!
On Sunday they had live music and a dj. Those where great nights too.
All the other nights…I was to be found at the CBH (Coogee Bay Hotel). I was young. There was a lot of sun-energie. What more could you want.
Ok, so the CBH. They had bouncers. Nice bouncers. Cute bouncers.
Because I was there all the time and I wasn’t leaving after a few weeks, like all the backpackers, we (me and the bouncers) got to know each others face.
The one I liked most was Bart. He was from Canada. He was huge. Such a nice guy. On quite night we could easily spend hours talking. He would be working at the door and I would stand next to the entrance out of sight from the camera’s.
There was also I nice bartender; Kevin. On one of his free nights he saved me form a freaking guy who wouldn’t get off my back. He saved me bye kissing me in front of his face. That worked. It was a fun night.
But let’s get to the point. I was crazy about this one guy. A bouncer. J. Ooow I was crazy about him. I thought he looked so handsome and strong.
For a long time I pretended I didn’t care. But I did. On evenings I didn’t had anything to do I would take a walk around the block to see if he was working.
After a while I started hanging out with the bouncer guys. After work they would drink some beers on the beach. As I was done partying when they were done working they invited me to join them. Of course the crazy Dutch girl did.
The sun started coming up. The beach and promenade was being clean. We would stay until the first people came to enjoy the beach.
Of course there was a lot of guy talks about the night and other girls. There is was specific moment I remember. At that point J. and I had been talking every now and then.  I don’t know what he thought of me but I was happy.
That moment he was (trying) to be funny. Im not shore how the conversation went but we were talking about a toaster when he said: “Girl, im like a toaster, if you plug me in and turn me on I’ll jump up.”
There was also a night when the boy’s went to one of the houses where they lived and asked me to join. We went to the house where J lived. Oooeeee.
We were playing drinking games for hours. I remember the last one. It was bad for me. It was a game to do with numbers and math. I was sooo bad at it. So after a while I asked where I could lay down to take a nap. 3 Hand raised. One guess wich room I picked.
Next thing I remember is waking up, sleeping next to J. No I wasn’t dreaming.

We never hitted it on. Witch was fine as he was a popular boy. I don’t think that would have been good for me.
I do remember one more night at the beach. I was cold. He lend me his jacket. Whenever I mentioned I still had his jacked and had to give it back he told me no rush, one day. Until he told me to keep it. So I did. For a long time I could smell him. Even when I got back home in Holland.
After a while everything faded away.  But I still have the jacked.

cheating 2

Two:
The one who forgot to tell me.
I met this guy when I was out in town. We started chatting. Not for long though because his friends wanted to leave. He asked me where I would be later that night. We exchanged phone numbers so we could maybe meet later that night.
Our roads didn’t cross again that night. We kept texting. From texting we went to sending emails. Quite a lot, some days even a few a day. So we kind off got to know bits and pieces about each other. I thought he seemed like a interesting guy. Again though this was a very macho men. In some emails he was pretty full of himself.
Because we only saw each other very short I couldn’t quite remember what he looked like so I asked him to send a picture. He send me a few. Hihi. Here comes the macho men again. Pictures of him posing of his body. He then asked me to send him a full body picture of me. Because he did remembered my face but he wasn’t quite shore…did I just had good boobs (yes, he remembered that) or did I also had a good ass? But off course! Off course you can have a picture of me from tip to toe…

This is the picture I gave him. He was not amused. That was not fare of me. I, on the other side was laughing! Asked him: “Don’t you think I’m ever so cute? I’m even waving to you!”  Ow, sorry you can’t see my bum on the picture.
He started a whole blast about that he was not the kind of guy who would keep chasing the honey. Or like we say in Holland walk behind  you like a dog.
I thought: ok, that fine. Then don’t. It was quite for a few days…2 whole days until another email. He couldn’t let it go and still really wanted to meet me again. Ok, let’s meet. So we talked about a time and date. It was when we had set the date that he email me that maybe he had to tell me that he lived together with his girlfriend. Uhm…u think!?!?
So I started thinking: do I wane meet this guy who ‘forgets’ something, let’s say, quite important like mentioning his girlfriend. I told him I needed some time to think about wanting to meet him or not. I decided that I wasn’t going to spend (read: waist) time on him. I emailed him that, in gentle words. I told him I thought he had some things he needed to find out for himself. He, again, was not happy, but agreed with me that he might have something to sort out.
He then sends me another few emails. Out of politeness I replied to the emails. Until he send me a email saying that I should not be surprised when I was too late because he would meet another nice girl for whom he would leave his present girlfriend.
I was done waiting my time. So I told him I didn’t want to email anymore. He was sorry to hear that but respected me. His way of respecting me was keep sending me emails for weeks. I even stopped politely replaying to them.
I think he finally got the hint when he emailed me saying he was going to be in the city and if I still wanted to meet him I could send him a text. I (again) didn’t reply to his email.
Now it has been over a month. I think he understands.
